To fry Amritsari papad in an air fryer, first preheat the air fryer to 180°C for about three minutes. Lightly brush both sides of the papad with a few drops of oil for even crisping. Place the papad in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overlapping. Air fry for one to two minutes, then flip carefully and cook for another one to two minutes until it becomes crisp and lightly puffed. Keep a close watch, as papad cooks very fast. Remove immediately and serve hot with chopped onions, tomatoes, and chutney.
